JOE FRANKLIN
My appearance on Joe Franklin's Memory Lane TV show got me my own radio show (Country Cousins WPRJ) and TV show (Manhattan Alive). Here I am presenting Joe with a letter honoring him from NJ Governor Chris Christie.

CHUBBY CHECKER
In the summer of 1969 Irving McCarnnick & Eddie Chalpin of PPX studios gave me the chance to write for Chubby Checker at the same studio as Hendrix. The experience was priceless.

SOME OF MY SHOWBIZ PALS
Among my dearest friends their collective contributions to rock & roll cannot be overstated. Go to: www.claycoleshow.com & www.jerseygirlssing.com and you will be amazed!

RODNEY DANGERFIELD
Working with Rodney Dangerfield was such a great learning experience. I believe watching Rodney Dangerfield work completed me as an entertainer and I will be forever grateful to him.

RIO CLEMENTE & LARRY CUTRONE
This picture was taken at a festival Rio Clemente and I worked at. I could listen to him all day and I do.....in my car! I have never worked with a more gifted artist. He truly is the greatest of the greatest!

UncleFloyd.jpg

UNCLE FLOYD
Floyd & I worked at the same TV studio and never met until we finaly worked together. Us Jersey guys have this inner circle of entertainer's and Uncle Floyd is the "Clown Prince" of them all! One of the best ever and a great friend to boot!

MUZZY NAPODANO
One of the greatest Sax players ever from NJ Muzzy Napodano. Muzzy has recorded so many albums and worked with the greatest musicians that it's impossible to list them all here!

LARRY AND ANDRE & CIRELL
Without question the greatest NJ comedy team. Certainly the longest together! Both are good friends but Bobby D'Andrea in particular is my Showbiz Godfather and closest advisor. Best music & comedy nightclub team ever!

WAYNE STIERLE
In the mid '60's I had the honor of recording with Rock & Roll pioneer Wayne Stierle. Wayne worked with King Curtis, Chet Atkins, Roy Orbison, Bobby Rydell, and others. Wayne wrote more liner notes for and about Elvis Presley, than any other writer in history.

ZACHERLEY
Legendary monster man John Zacherley host of Chiller Theater, Disco-Teen, FM Radio DJ, and lovingly called the "Cool Ghoul" by Dick Clark. I appeared on his show with my band the 4 Roses and we stayed friends for over 40 years!

BILL TURNER
Bill Turner and I "hoot & hollered" here at a show at Wild West City. Bill was the lead guitar for the father of Rock & Roill Bill Haley of the Rock Around The Clock fame. And as you can see a master fiddler to "boot"!

PAT GALO
I wrote the screenplay of the life on Las Vegas legend Pat Galo. Nobody could electrify a crowd like Pat Galo especially when he was with the Hi-Lads. One of the greatest "live" acts ever from NJ.
